Avocado Chocolate Mousse II

  • 2 avocados
  • ¼ cup raw cacao powder
  • ¼ cup agave
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of water as necessary, if too thick
  • 1 tablespoon of liquid coconut oil (optional for texture)

Blend with a food processor or blender and refrigerate.
