This free, one-hour, advanced workshop series will help you implement your brain health goals in a supportive and knowledgeable community guided by our health coaches. The workshops provide an opportunity for you to actively participate in discussions that are important to all who are concerned about brain health.

In this workshop, we will discuss how the food we eat affects our brain health.

  • A review of healthy mind food plans.
  • Food combining to better manage blood sugar.
  • Simple ways to manage portion control.
  • Tips to use when dining out.

Please print out our Brain Healthy Foods worksheet and bring a pen with you to the workshop. If you don’t have access to a printer, a sheet of paper will do.

Input from everyone will make these discussions more robust, enlightening and supportive to our community.
