Nancy Weiser, MBA, NBC-HWC

As Founder of Weiser Choices, Nancy has provided health coaching for individuals, families, and executives since 2005. Her holistic approach combines practical, individualized nutritional practices with guidance and support relating to exercise, sleep, stress, and time management.

There is a wide range of thinking on nutrition for optimal health —ranging from a vegan diet to a more Ketogenic diet. Clearing up the confusion, while also considering our unique bio-individuality can certainly be challenging and where Nancy can help.

Benefits of Weiser Choices’ health coaching program may include preventing or managing chronic disease and measurable improvements in weight, biometrics, digestion, brain fog, energy, mood, sleep, hormonal balance, caffeine and sugar dependencies, headaches, stress levels, productivity, and family nutrition.

Nancy’s coaching style is direct, supportive and goal oriented. She connects details across multiple sessions allowing her clients to identify patterns and identify obstacles that stand between them and optimal health.
