Jessica McKinney

Jessica is a mission-driven nonprofit leader with 20 years of experience spanning development, operations, and programming. She brings a cross-functional approach to managing organizations that are both financially strong and deeply aligned with their mission.

Her work has spanned a range of roles, often sitting at the intersection of development, program implementation, and institutional operations. She has overseen fundraising initiatives, donor relationships, and internal systems, while leading multi-site programs and community-based services. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and a Master of Science in Global Affairs from New York University, along with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She is also professionally trained in trauma-informed care, mediation, and dispute resolution.

Her interest in cognitive wellness is both professional and personal, shaped in part by her family’s experience with Alzheimer’s disease. She is honored to support Sharp Again’s work to help community members strengthen cognitive health and continue to lead vibrant, fulfilling lives.
