The Winter 2021/2022 Gap Program is open to current and past participants in our Small Group Programs.

The purpose of this program is to provide continuing support for the good habits you have started to build, and keep you aligned and accountable through group interaction and the guidance of a professional coach.  It is meant to bridge the gap between the end of our Fall programs and our Winter programs beginning in January 2022.

There will be four one-hour group coaching sessions, meeting every other week. The extra week in between will give you more time to build new habits on your own, knowing that you still have a place to come to ask questions and get support.

The sessions will be Tuesdays at 12:00pm EST, for one hour. Myra Oney will be our coach for these sessions.
