Optional Private Laser Coaching

Session times will be scheduled directly with the coach.

The Maintain Your Brain Group Coaching Program is designed to help support progress in the lifestyle changes made by participants who have completed our Foundational and Eating for Body & Brain Coaching Programs. These groups will meet monthly with a certified coach. This program will help you to:

  • Keep up the momentum in making changes that benefit your brain health
  • Hone in on the issues that may be holding you back
  • Exchange ideas with your peers in a confidential, supportive setting

Optional – Private Laser Coaching

Optional 20-minute private coaching session to help you stay on track. These sessions will give you the opportunity to address your specific concerns with your coach.

How the program works: the group sessions are offered the second Thursday of the month from 12:00 to 1:15pm ET. This 3-month option is offered from July to September.

The Private Laser Coaching Option can be added for the 3 months. Sessions will be scheduled directly with the coach.

What’s included in the program?

  • 3 – 75-minute group coaching sessions
  • Optional 20-minute Private Laser Coaching Sessions for 3
  • Between session emails with tools and resources to keep you on track
  • Access to a monitored private Facebook group to maintain the group support and conversation
