Join National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches Samantha Anderson and Lisa Feiner for an interactive learning experience about cognition-enhancing foods and how you can improve not only your eating habits but your relationship to food itself!
This six-session Small Group Program will focus on many aspects of how food affects our brains and bodies and how you can make smarter food choices to enhance your cognitive health. The program includes two private coaching sessions where you will work together to build a personal action plan to help you achieve your goals.
