What we eat can make a big difference in how we function throughout the day. Our meals are meant to be enjoyable—nourishing our bodies, and keeping our brains sharp and healthy as we age.

Join National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches Samantha Anderson and Lisa Feiner for an interactive learning experience about cognition-enhancing foods and how you can improve not only your eating habits but your relationship to food itself!

This six-session Small Group Program will focus on many aspects of how food affects our brains and bodies and how you can make smarter food choices to enhance your cognitive health. The program includes two private coaching sessions where you will work together to build a personal action plan to help you achieve your goals.

Topics will include:

  • Adding cognition-boosting foods into your life
  • Improving digestion and understanding how your gut impacts your brain
  • Recipe selections for brain healthy meals
  • Tips for dining out the healthy way
  • Healthy snacks + how to curb sugar cravings

 

This program will help you make simple changes that will bring joy to the table. And a big bonus—you’ll be able to share all you’ve learned with your family and friends as you plan, prepare and enjoy delicious recipes for dinner parties, holidays, or your everyday meals.

Program scholarships are available on an as-needed basis.
