Have questions about exercise and stress?  Now you can get answers!

At each quarterly session of our Brain Health Forum, we will be answering your questions about brain health as it relates to two of Sharp Again’s Reversible Causes of memory loss.

In August, coaches Myra Oney and Steve Ledvina will be on hand to answer your questions about exercise and stress. Maybe you’d like to get back to a regular exercise routine, but aren’t sure how. Perhaps you want to take your exercise routine up a notch, but want to make sure you do that safely. Or maybe your stress levels have been rising and you’d like advice on steps you can take to manage them better.

You can submit your questions when you register or email them to us at sharperminds@sharpagain.org

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions during the forum, but by submitting in advance you’ll get a more complete answer.

Please note: the forum sessions will not be recorded and posted to our YouTube channel to ensure participant privacy. Be sure to join us for the answers to your questions.

About our coaches:

Steve Ledvina, NBC-HWC

He helped develop the Sharp Again Group Coaching Program, is a small group coach, and serves as the organization’s Board Chair. He also does individual coaching through his practice, Knowing Alz, and is a qualified ReCODE report practitioner. Steve’s focus on this work comes from a family history of dementia, with three of his grandparents living with it for many years. Steve believes in improving brain health by using precision medicine and a multi-therapeutic approach
