Most of us think of muscle as a thing that exists separately from intellect. The truth is, our brains and muscles are in constant conversation with each other, sending electrochemical signals back and forth. In a very tangible way, our lifelong brain health depends on keeping our muscles moving and in good shape.
Deb Duby, Strength & Fitness Specialist, joins us to explain the critical connection between muscle and brain health plus how you can keep what you have and build more at any age.
