While we all experience stress in our lives, long term, unremitting stress causes the body to produce high levels of cortisol, leading to inflammation in the body and the brain. One way to not only manage stress and also prevent memory loss is a 12-minute meditation which, practiced regularly, has been shown in research studies to prevent memory loss and create a sense of calm.
Join Sharp Again health coach Kim Ramos, RN, NBC-HWC, to learn the Kirtan Kriya meditation and create a new way to relax, increase focus and improve your memory.
Event will be held at 10:00am CDT.
