Start your day with effortless meditation

Join us for a FREE virtual meditation practice via Zoom on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from September 12th through October 4th at 8:00-8:20am ET.

Zoom room will open at 7:55am ET.
Please arrive early so we can begin promptly at 8:00am ET.

Sessions will be recorded to add to our YouTube Meditation Playlist for daily viewing.

Our Don’t Hesitate, Let’s Meditate program, with Vibhu Nagral, introduces you to a daily practice that is easy to incorporate in your busy life. Whether you’ve never practiced meditation or have for years, her guidance will help to restore and maintain your calm and inner peace. Vibhu will be using a variety of meditation and mindfulness styles and will introduce several breathing techniques that you can use in your daily practice.

Meditation helps break cycles of stress and anxiety, two emotions that can impair brain and body functioning. By learning and practicing these techniques regularly, you will experience greater clarity and increased well-being.

Vibhu Nagral, health, wellness, and lifestyle medicine coachVibhu Nagral, a Sharp Again board member, is a wellness and lifestyle medicine professional with over 20 years of global experience in health education, yoga therapy, and coaching. With a career in both the US and India spanning private practice, corporate workshops and consulting with doctors/hospital networks, her current focus is brain longevity therapy. Her mission is to help the aging population improve cognition through yoga, mindfulness techniques, and evidence-based holistic health practices.
