Breathe for better brain health in 2024 with a consistent, committed, controlled breathing practice that builds immunity, longevity and sharpness of mind. Incorporating this 20-minute practice into your daily routine will bring great benefits to your brain and physical health.

Join Vibhu Nagral to learn and practice breathing techniques: each session will include 5 minutes “Breath as Medicine” with a focus on box breathing, then 15 minutes of mindfulness practice.

If you can’t make every day, please join us as often as you can!
Admission is FREE and registration is required

Zoom room will open at 7:55am ET. Please arrive early so we can begin promptly at 8:00am ET

Controlled breathing can cause physiological changes that include:

  • lowered blood pressure and heart rate
  • reduced levels of stress hormones in the blood
  • reduced lactic acid build-up in muscle tissue
  • balanced levels of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the blood
  • improved immune system functioning
  • increased physical energy
  • increased feelings of calm and well-being

With a career in both the US and India spanning private practice, corporate workshops and consulting with doctors/hospital networks, her current focus is brain longevity therapy. Her mission is to help the aging population improve cognition through yoga, mindfulness techniques, and evidence-based holistic health practices.
