Our brains provide us with amazing imaginations, house our happiest memories, alert our other organs to do their jobs, and enable us to learn, laugh and enjoy our lives. Taking the best care of our brains is imperative to ensure we keep them healthy as we age.

Join health coaches Steve Ledvina and Myra Oney for this free one-hour webinar that explores the common causes of cognitive decline and the easy steps you can take now to make a lasting impact on your brain health. Please download our Pre-Event Quiz and Webinar Worksheet. The quiz will help you prepare for participation in the workshop and the Worksheet will offer a place for you to keep notes during the presentation.

He helped develop the Sharp Again Naturally Group Coaching Program, is a small group coach, and serves as the organization’s Board Chair. Steve’s focus on this work comes from a family history of dementia, with three of his grandparents living with it for many years. Steve believes in improving brain health by using precision medicine and a multi-therapeutic approach.
