Our brains provide us with amazing imaginations, house our happiest memories, alert our other organs to do their jobs, and enable us to learn, laugh and enjoy our lives. Taking the best care of our brains is imperative to ensure we keep them healthy as we age.

Join health coach Steve Ledvina for this free one-hour webinar that explores the common causes of cognitive decline and the easy steps you can take now to make a lasting impact on your brain health. Please download our Pre-Event Quiz and Webinar Worksheet. The quiz will help you prepare for participation in the workshop and the Worksheet will offer a place for you to keep notes during the presentation.

About our speakers:

Steve Ledvina is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach who focuses on brain health and Alzheimer’s prevention. He also does individual coaching through his practice, Knowing Alz, and is a qualified ReCODE report practitioner. Steve’s focus on this work comes from a family history of dementia, with three of his grandparents living with it for many years. His goal is to help his family, himself, and his community create lifestyles that prevent dementia and enable long health spans. He believes in improving brain health by using precision medicine and a multi-therapeutic approach.
