October 6 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

Register here

Our brains provide us with amazing imaginations, house our happiest memories, alert our other organs to do their jobs, and enable us to learn, laugh and enjoy our lives. Taking the best care of our brains is imperative to ensure we keep them healthy as we age.

Join health coaches Steve Ledvina and Myra Oney for this free one-hour webinar that explores the common causes of cognitive decline and the easy steps you can take now to make a lasting impact on your brain health. A worksheet will be provided prior to the webinar to prepare for participation in the workshop.

About our speakers:

Steve Ledvina is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach who focuses on brain health and Alzheimer’s prevention. He helped develop the Sharp Again Naturally Group Coaching Program, is a small group coach, and serves on the organization’s Board of Directors. He also does individual coaching through his practice, Knowing Alz, and is a qualified ReCODE report practitioner. Steve’s focus on this work comes from a family history of dementia, with three of his grandparents living with it for many years. His goal is to help his family, himself, and his community create lifestyles that prevent dementia and enable long health spans. He believes in improving brain health by using precision medicine and a multi-therapeutic approach.

Myra Oney is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Reiki Master Teacher with over ten years in private practice. She believes that our best health is achieved by nourishing the body, mind, and spirit. She sees private clients and runs group wellness programs in-person and online. She also speaks, and does food demos and wellness education at corporations in the New York City area. Myra is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a member of The International Association of Reiki Professionals and the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
