Join board certified health and wellness coaches Samantha Anderson and Lisa Feiner as they talk about cognition-enhancing foods and how you can be empowered to improve not only your eating habits but your relationship to food itself!

Lisa Feiner, Co-Founder and Co-Founder and Sharp Again Naturally Chair, Holistic Life Coach

Lisa Feiner is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Brain Longevity Specialist, and co-founder of the nonprofit Sharp Again Naturally. She has been counseling family members and individuals about addressing and preventing memory loss for the past ten years. Having received her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Lisa has over 20 years of experience working with clients who have a range of health issues. She is committed to changing the conversation around dementia and speaks on a local and national level to academic, business and community groups.

 

Samantha Anderson is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and received her coaching certification from the prestigious Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, an affiliate of the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is also certified to work with clients on reversing cognitive decline using the ReCODE Protocol, Dr. Bredesen’s science-based prevention and recovery program for brain health. Focusing on mind-body lifestyle practices—such as food + nutrition, herbal botanicals, joyful movement, restorative sleep, and stress relief, her goal is to motivate and empower change while promoting well-being.
