We are pleased to be taking part in Westchester Senior Voice’s 2023 Booming Better Expo on Sunday, October 1 from 10:30-2:30 pm. In addition to hosting a table at the event with information about ways to preserve brain health, Sharp Again will be hosting a 30-minute breakout session entitled Brain Health 101. In this interactive presentation, participants will learn what may be causing memory lapses and what they can do now to delay, stop or even reverse memory loss.
About Booming Better Expo
Presented by Westchester Senior Voice, the Booming Better Expo is a day of learning, engagement, socializing for ages 55 and better! Free to attendees, the expo brings together speakers and vendors across a wide array of topics targeted to seniors. Activities include presentations, workshops, fitness classes, and more, as well as an opportunity to connect directly with dozens of vendors who will be exhibiting that day.
