During this 20-minute weekly session, we’ll de-stress, rejuvenate and recharge the brain. Awaken & Energize is inspired by the practice of Indian Kirtan Kriya (pronounced KEER-tun KREE-a) which has been practiced for thousands of years by people around the world.

Clinical research has shown that this non-religious practice can be a powerful tool for preventing or stopping Alzheimer’s disease, increasing all aspects of cognitive function, (perception, thinking, reasoning and remembering) and reducing stress levels while improving short term memory. Even those who are not experiencing cognition issues will benefit from this healthful exercise.

Consistent practice can help:

  • Improve your memory and focus
  • Reduce stress
  • Bring total mental balance.
  • Clear the subconscious mind of traumas and negative, unnecessary emotions.
  • Improve concentration and brain function
  • Increase intuitive abilities and brings peace and understanding.
  • As a catalyst for change because it is a very powerful spiritual cleanser.

Vibhu Nagral, health, wellness, and lifestyle medicine coachVibhu Nagral, a Sharp Again Naturally board member, will be leading the Awaken & Energize. Vibhu is a wellness and lifestyle medicine professional with over 20 years of global experience in health education, yoga therapy, and coaching.
