Do you know the difference between a General Practitioner, a Gerontologist and a Holistic MD? Do you know which practitioners and specialists you need on your brain health team? Join Lisa Feiner, Nancy Weiser and Steve Ledvina to learn about the various specialists and the importance of assembling a team that will best support your cognitive health.

Lisa Feiner is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Brain Longevity Specialist, and co-founder of the nonprofit Sharp Again Naturally. She has been counseling family members and individuals about addressing and preventing memory loss for the past ten years. Having received her coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Lisa has over 20 years of experience working with clients who have a range of health issues. She is committed to changing the conversation around dementia and speaks on a local and national level to academic, business and community groups.

Nancy Weiser, MBA, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, is co-Founder of Weiser Choices, provider of health and wellness coaching since 2005. A customized approach, combined with a curriculum of nutrition and lifestyle topics, enables Nancy’s clients to rely less on the healthcare system while enjoying greater productivity and vibrant health. Nancy has been featured in the New York Times, Martha Stewart Radio, and appeared in the documentary film Bought. She recently appeared as a speaker for Sharp Again Naturally in the online Alzheimer’s Prevention Summit and the Reverse Alzheimer’s Summit.

Steve Ledvina is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach who focuses on brain health and Alzheimer’s prevention. He helped develop the Sharp Again Naturally Group Coaching Program, is a small group coach, and serves as the organization’s Board Chair. He also does individual coaching through his practice, Knowing Alz, and is a qualified ReCODE report practitioner. Steve’s focus on this work comes from a family history of dementia, with three of his grandparents living with it for many years. His goal is to help his family, himself, and his community create lifestyles that prevent dementia and enable long health spans. Steve believes in improving brain health by using precision medicine and a multi-therapeutic approach.
