Aging is a natural process of our lives. As we age, we experience gradual changes to our brains and bodies. Aside from genetic factors, how we age depends on our lifestyles and environments. These are things we can adjust and control to ensure we age well with a sharper mind. Staying mentally and physically active, reducing stress and sleeping well all play a part in our brain health!

Join health coaches Myra Oney and Kim Ramos for this free one-hour webinar that explores the common causes of cognitive decline and the easy steps you can take now to make a lasting impact on your brain health. Please download our Age Well with a Sharper Brain Webinar Quiz with Worksheet. The Quiz will help you prepare for participation in the webinar and the Worksheet will offer a place for you to keep notes during the presentation.
