Nancy Crosby, BBA, NBC-HWC
Nancy Crosby is a National Board-Certified Life, Health & Wellness Coach who joined Sharp Again in 2021, focusing on the Foundational Coaching Program. She also runs a private practice within an integrative medicine clinic in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, providing lifestyle coaching and health technology education. Inspired by personal experiences with dementia in her family, Nancy is passionate about supporting brain health through positive beliefs, emotions, and daily habits. She brings a diverse background, including a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, past work as a CPA, and certifications in life coaching, holistic health, quantum coaching, and wellness coaching.
Lisa Feiner, MBA, M.Ed. NBC-HWC
Lisa Feiner is a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach and co-founder of Sharp Again. She began her career in corporate human resources and consulting after earning her MBA from Columbia Business School, later completing an M.Ed. in Counseling and training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Since 2002, Lisa has supported clients with chronic conditions through nutrition and lifestyle changes. A longtime board member and volunteer with The New Jewish Home, she brings a deep understanding of elder care, healthcare systems, and aging. Her passion for dementia prevention was sparked by early cases of cognitive recovery and became personal when her father was diagnosed with Lewy Body dementia.
Myra Oney, CHHC, BLS
Myra Oney is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Brain Longevity Specialist, and Reiki Master Teacher, with a focus on memory loss prevention and cognitive health. Her personal experience caring for parents with memory decline fuels her commitment to supporting both patients and caregivers. Myra creates individualized lifestyle plans that integrate nutrition, stress management, and joyful movement to promote long-term well-being. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Intrinsic Coaching®, and a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and the International Association of Reiki Professionals. She received her Brain Longevity Specialist certification from the Alzheimer’s Research and Prevention Foundation. Myra has been with Sharp Again for ten years. She is a frequent speaker, and co-creator of its group coaching program.
Kim Ramos, RN, NBC-HWC Kim Ramos is a Registered Nurse and National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a passion for helping others understand how lifestyle choices impact health and longevity. With a background in long-term care, home health, and parish nursing, she has spent over 15 years empowering individuals to take charge of their well-being. Kim is also a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a Certified Brain Longevity Specialist. As a coach for Sharp Again’s group programs, she brings her commitment to dementia prevention and healthy aging to life, guiding clients in building sustainable habits and incorporating mind-body practices like mindfulness and self-compassion.
Nancy Weiser, MBA, NBC-HWC Nancy Weiser is the founder of Weiser Choices and a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach who has guided individuals, families, and executives since 2005. Her holistic, goal-oriented approach blends nutrition with strategies for sleep, stress, exercise, and time management. She holds certifications from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Teachers College Columbia University, and earned her BA and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. Nancy serves as board vice chair and frequent speaker for Sharp Again, and has been featured in The New York Times, Martha Stewart Living Radio, and FIOS 1 News.
Amybeth Whissel, NBC-HWC, AFMHC
Amybeth Whissel is a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, health-supportive chef, Brain Health Longevity Specialist, Certified Functional Nutritionist, and Certified Applied Functional Medicine Practitioner. After watching several family members develop Alzheimer’s disease at a young age, Amybeth became determined to understand what drives cognitive decline and what can be done to prevent it. That journey led her to functional medicine and a passion for helping others protect their brain health through nutrition and lifestyle. With training in plant-based nutrition, cognitive health, and the Bredesen Protocol (ReCODE), Amybeth helps clients make meaningful changes that support both brain and body. Her mission is simple: to help people stay sharp, vibrant, and thriving for years to come.
